Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Pinnacle Bins & Pressure Washing. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website pinnaclebins.com and our trash bin cleaning services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Pinnacle Bins & Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial trash bin cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• High-pressure washing of trash bins and recycling containers
• Sanitization and disinfection of bins
• Deodorization treatments
• One-time, monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly service plans

Service Area

Our services are currently available in the Metro Atlanta area. Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area or in locations we determine to be inaccessible or unsafe.

Booking and Scheduling

• Services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email
• Bins must be placed at the curb or accessible location on the scheduled service day
• Bins should be empty prior to service (ideally after trash collection)
• We will make reasonable efforts to service bins at the scheduled time, but exact timing may vary
• If we are unable to access your bins, we will attempt to contact you and reschedule

Pricing and Payment

• Prices are as listed on our website or as quoted at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time with notice to existing customers
• Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed upon for recurring subscriptions
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website
• Subscription services will be automatically billed according to the selected plan
• Applicable taxes will be added to all charges

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• One-time services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; service will continue through the end of the current billing period
• Refunds for subscription services are not provided for partial billing periods
• If we are unable to provide service due to circumstances within our control, we will reschedule or provide a full refund

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and service address information
• Ensure bins are accessible at the curb or designated location on service days
• Empty bins of all trash before scheduled cleaning (after regular trash collection)
• Inform us of any hazardous materials, sharp objects, or special conditions
• Keep pets secured during service
• Notify us of any changes to your service address or contact information

Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding specific results
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins or damage caused by normal wear and tear
• Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, equipment failure, etc.)

Property and Equipment

We take care when handling your property. However:

• We are not responsible for damage to bins that are already in poor condition
• If you believe our service caused damage to your property, please notify us within 48 hours
• Claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• We are not responsible for damage to bins or property not owned by the customer

Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions that make service unsafe or impractical. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of weather-related rescheduling and complete service as soon as conditions permit.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pinnacle Bins & Pressure Washing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinnacle Bins & Pressure Washing, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
